Ebola - Written by several VSG members, the latest update on Ebola is available. Necropsy Manuals - Dr. Thierry Work has written necrospy manuals for sea turtles and sea birds. The sea turtle manual is available in English and Spanish. The avian necropsy manual is also available in English and Spanish. Ford Foundation - The Ford Foundation provides fellowships for developing country nationals to fund higher education towards degrees related to Ford Foundation program areas, including development and environmental conservation. The deadline for 2005-6 academic year applicants from eligible West African countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal) is 23, January 2004. Click here for more information. Solomon Islands dolphin live-capture and export report - The IUCN/SSC Cetacean Specialist Group and Veterinary Specialist Group members have conducted a site visit and prepared a report in response to widespread public interest in the recent live-capture and export of dolphins from the Solomon Islands.
